What to include
A useful inquiry names the space room by room, the sources with counts, the families and forms in play with quantities, and the required delivery date. Name any figure from a brief — a channel count, a size, a power figure or a voltage figure — as a requirement to be matched.
Certificates are available upon request. Ask for certificate copies in the inquiry where a project needs them, and name the documents in the item list so they travel with the brief.
